What To Do If Your Heated Seats Stop Working

Mike Columbus's Blog | What To Do If Your Heated Seats Stop Working

If you have heated seats in your vehicle, then they are probably one of your favorite features.

There is nothing quite like being able to sit in your vehicle with heated seats on a brisk day or a chilly evening.

So, when they do not work like they are supposed to it can be super frustrating.

If your heated seats stopped working for you, here is what you need to do.

It could most likely be that a fuse is blown. If so, you can simply replace it.

If that does not fix the issue, check under the seat where the main wires plug into the wiring harness and ensure that the electrical wire is intact.

You can also check that the 12 volts are showing on both sides while the heated seats are turned on.

If they aren't, you will want a service technician to have a look and properly diagnosis the issue, so they can fix it!
